    To identify and source and match vacancies to participants who are disadvantaged in the labour market. Network and cold call; create employment and placement opportunities. Build relationships with a wide variety of employers. Work with Key Workers and target groups to help them achieve sustainable employment by successfully matching the participants to opportunities thus ensuring that contractual targets are met. Have drive and determination to succeed.

    1.To have the ability to achieve individually set targets and sustain strong contractual employment outcomes.

    2.To undertake one-one discussions with participants on how to demonstrate their skills and abilities to local employers

    3.To deliver inductions and review previous assessments.

    4.To deliver a range of Job search skills/modules

    5.To support participants in job search activities who have limited basic skills in either literacy and/or language

    6.Source suitable employment / work trial opportunities for participants.

    7.Match participants with vacancies that most closely fit both parties requirements to maximise satisfaction on both sides.

    8.Have the ability to build good working relationships to help people gain the confidence and motivation to find work and sustain it.

    9.Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, develop a job brokerage/employer engagement service to meet recruitment services and maintain records of current and potential employers.

    Skills required
    Previous marketing experience, including cold calling and/or telesales
    Communication: both verbal and written. Good listening and feedback skills.
    Organisational skills: ability to manage own work load, ensuring all records are
    maintained and learner paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
    Team working: working closely with colleagues and sharing information to ensure the
    best possible support for the learner
    Problem solving & decision making: to ensure prompt action is taken with particular
    regard for health and safety
    Face to face negotiating skills
    The ability to maintain employer relations
    Interviewing experience
    The ability to work under pressure
    The ability to communicate at all levels and in varying situations
    Self-motivated, trustworthy and determined with a desire to succeed
    Target focused and results driven.
