    Customer Care Officer
    Doncaster

    13,500 to 16,999 + Excellent Benefits


    Our Client is a business led membership body representing almost 20 per cent of registered businesses within the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster and approximately 80 per cent of the employed people of the Borough. They currently hold the privileged position of
    being the only independent business owned and business led organisation in the region that exists to improve business.

    THE ROLE
    You will be assisting the Customer Care Manager in building long-term relationships with their customer base to ensure a high level of membership renewal. This means that you will provide first-line customer services support to members and prospective members, encourage existing member businesses to participate in their business events and participate in some of the organised events. You will also need to administer documentation and produce letters and reports as required.

    THE PERSON
    You will be well educated and have previous experience of working in a client-facing customer service role and be confident in meeting new and existing clients. You must have good IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible/ adaptable and have good attention to detail skills. Due to the nature of the role you must have your own car as you will be expected to visit clients.
