Our client, a leading fleet service company based in the Doncaster area are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a Full Time Permanent basis.
On a day to day basis, your duties and responsibilities would include:
•To ensure all telephone enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and resolve any queries where possible
•Promptly deal with any queries or complaints and follow through until resolved
•Data entry of all customer and client details in to the bespoke company database
•Provide vehicle progress reports
•Liaise with various departments within the business
•General administration duties including filing, faxing and photocopying
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally have some transport admin experience, be very customer focused and professional
