Our client, a well established recruiter for the communications industry, based in the Doncaster area, are looking to recruit a Consultant on a Permanent Basis.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
•Telephone canvassing to source new and existing Clients
•Working with colleagues to source new / live vacancies
•Source new candidates through various methods
•Pre screen and interview candidates for live vacancies
•Manage and service existing clients and candidates and build relationships
•Advertise all live vacancies
•Maintain and update bespoke company system
•Work towards and exceed targets set
•General administration duties including filing, faxing and photocopying.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales back ground, ideally from the recruitment industry, will be driven and passionate.
