Our client, a well established recruiter for the communications industry, based in the Doncaster area, are looking to recruit an Advertising Account Manager on a Permanent basis.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Working with department heads to drive the business forward
Managing and servicing existing clients and contracts to the highest standard
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Telephone canvassing to source and secure new business and drive the business forward
To manage and motivate your team of consultants to work towards and exceed sales targets
Deliver a new approach on sales to your team
Produce weekly and monthly reports regarding performance
The ideal candidate will come from an advertising sales background, be highly motivated and passionate towards sales and must have experience of managing a team.
