Our client, a leading consultancy firm based in the Retford area are looking to recruit a Consultant on a Full Time Permanent basis.
On a day to day basis, your duties and responsibilities would include:
•Telephone canvassing to new and existing Clients
•Sourcing new / live vacancies
•Candidate attraction
•Interviewing of candidates both face to face and via telephone
•Servicing and managing existing clients / contracts
•Branch administration duties
•Maintaining and updating bespoke company system
•Work towards and exceed sales targets
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally with a recruitment background, be self motivated and target driven
Full UK licence and own transport is essential for this role
