    My client established over 20 years ago are a Chartered Accountants based in Chesterfield who offer a broad range of Accountancy services and tax advice developed to meet companies needs, the service offered is professional and always confidential. Due to the companies growth my client now requires a PA/Office manager to take the business forward. Seeking a positive person with lots of energy and enthusiasm always willing to share ideas, you will be required to provide excellent organisational skills in the office and manage the office to the highest standards.
    You will be responsible for the companies payroll, a small amount of Credit Control will also be required.
    Diary management for the Director, you must be a confident, loyal individual and be able to build good personal relationships at an honest level.
    The practice runs its business on a SAGE system, so excellent IT skills are required in order for the system to be used to the best of it’s ability so the firm get as much out of it as possible, outstanding Word skills are required along with a fast an accurate typing speed, Shorthand and Audio Typing are desired at least one of the two mentioned.
    Previous experience of a similar role within a Law firm or Accountants is required in order to understand the business.
    My client is looking for an individual who will stay with the company long term to help grow the business , the staff turnover is low so a previous stable work history is also an advantage.

    9 other staff, 4 administrators and 5 Accountants.
    Previous experience at this level gained within a professional environment such as a law firm or Accountancy firm, PA and office management experience, short hand is desirable, Audio Typing, Copy typing, excellent IT skills, very professional individual with an excellent telephone manner and smart appearance is required for the role.
