On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer within the engineering sector, who are currently recruiting for a production operative/general labourer, to work within the Rotherham area.
The successful applicant will be trained to operate machinery, manage a production line and the general running and maintenance of the engineering plant.
Ideal candidate would be someone willing to learn, not afraid of hard work, who is self motivated, and happy to be part of a health and safety conscious team, and who has the drive to be successful.
This is a Temp to Perm position with the successful candidate being offered a permanent contract at the end of a 13 week period. There is also a salary increase available should you prove your worth within this time period.
The successful applicants will be expected to start a split rotating shift pattern, of Days: 6am-1.10pm, 12.50pm-8pm and Nights: 8pm-6pm.
Full PPE is provided once a full induction and health and safety brief has been completed.
