Administrator - Temp but may go perm
4 or 5 days per week.
Salary while temp is £5.52 per hour if you are aged over 22 years, £4.60 per hour if you are aged 18 to 21 years and £3.40 if you are 16 or 17 years of age.
To assist senior administrator in supporting 6 consultants.
Duties are very varied but most are of a mundane nature.
Must be accurate with attention to detail, have a decent standard of letter writing and typing and must be able to use Word and some Excel.
You will be assisting with checking pay details, timesheets and invoices, answering the telephone, dealing with a wide range of people coming into receeption, sending out references, filing, photocopying, making tea and coffee, going to the bank, ordering stationery and much more.
Hours of work are 9am-5pm.
