A genuine opportunity for career progression has developed at one of the region's finest dining and hotel establishments. Situated on the outskirts of Sheffield the hotel is over 100 years old and has recently undergone a million pound refurbishment. Due to year on year growth my client is looking to recruit an Operations Manager.
Duties will include:
· Day to day duty management of the hotel, bar and 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
· Liaising with the director and wedding co-ordinator in the planning, preparation and management of events and functions.
· Management, training and development of staff.
· Cashing up, stock orders and working with the management team to meet budgets.
· Working closely with the kitchen team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.
