Purpose of the Role
As a member of the Human Resources team, the prospective candidate would work across all functions to bring specialist HR knowledge to the management team, promoting a consultative and coaching approach; with specific focus on HR KPI’s, recruitment, selection and employee relations.
Together with the Human Resources Manager create a local vision, strategy and direction for the Human Resources department, taking into account UK Business Plan priorities and the annual Action Plan.
