    Our client is a large and expanding private company with an expected turnover of approx £6m this financial year. The company has a dynamic and friendly culture with a head office situated within the easily commutable and picturesque Peak District. This is a superb opportunity to join a company during an ongoing period of growth and expansion and be an integral part of their continued success.
    As Purchasing Administrator your duties will be to work with the Company Quantity Surveyor to provide quality pricing information at the pre-tender and tender stage by producing material take offs and bills of quantities as and when required. To support all commercial and domestic operations by effectively purchasing the correct materials in line with programming requirements and to create and improve our buying power and generate economies, whilst ensuring that progress is not hindered.
    Other duties will include:
    Placing orders with suppliers and subcontractors in line with programming requirements.
    Working with site teams to ensure that product availability is maintained at the required level.
    Reporting on pricing changes to commercial manager and site staff to maintain cost efficiencies.
    You will possess excellent IT and adminisatrtive skills. Salary £15 - £20K pa.
