An Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join one of the Leading Financial Outsourcing Organisations based in Sheffield on a 4 month fixed term contract.
You will be managing a team of to 8 to 12 advisors. It’s an influential remit that will involve identifying training needs, delivering coaching and providing constructive feedback on performance. You’ll also make sure your team is kept up-to-date with relevant company information and contribute to management meetings.
The ideal candidate will come from a financial/Pensions background with proven Management experience.
Salary - £25,000- £35,000
If you complete the contract there is chance of a £2000 Retention Bonus.
