Our client, a Doncaster based Car Dealership company are looking to appoint a Service Plan Advisors.
We are looking for a talented, motivated Advisor with excellent Customer Service skills and experience to join the team.
Motor trade experience is not essential but is advantageous.
The role comprises 3 elements:
Customer satisfaction follow ups - contacting customers after delivery of their vehicles, and also after visits to our service departments and conducting satisfaction questionnaires. This process involves an element of admin, generating and setting up call reports. It also involves liaising with relevant managers to resolve any issues/complaints and following these up.
Service Payment Plans - Promoting monthly direct debit service plans
You must be PC literate with good administration skills and a pleasant, bubbly telephone manner.
Mon to Thur: HOURS BETWEEN 9AM AND 7PM AND 9AM - 5:00PM FRIDAYS AND SATURDAY MORNINGS ON ROTA BASIS
(A flexible attitude to working hours is required occasionally)
Starting Salary £13,000 - £18,000 OTE
