Fantastic opportunity to work for this highly successful banking organisation!
You'll be taking incoming calls from existing customers who are looking to change their existing agreements. You will be using effective questioning to find out why they are looking to switch with the aim of retaining the customer and their business and offer additional products where appropriate.
It is essential that you are a polite, friendly person with excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for the customer.
You'll be working to time, volume and productivity targets, which are set on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
As well as an attractive bonus package there is the opportunity to progress in your role and increase your earnings from the day you start. Full support and training are given and you'll be regularly assessed and coached to aid your development.
You will work an average of 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
