A unique job opportunity has arisen to work within a leading mutli media organisation based in Sheffield.
This is a split role with your time being shared between providing PA support to the HR Director and then working along side the HR team involved with providing management information and analysis.
The HR Director works remotely a significant proportion of the time, so your role will primarily be focussed around the management of their time - diary management, travel & accommodation arrangement and coordinating their meeting schedule. You will also act a centralised point of contact for all of their communication.
The other side to your role will involve working closely with the HR team providing reporting on management information, KPI's and analysis as well as looking at the companies governance procedures.
