Working for a thriving, successful local business you will be joining a well-established administration team under the title of ‘sales and marketing administrator’. The primary function of the post is to assist in the marketing of the business whilst providing additional administrative support to the sales function where necessary.
Your duties will be as follows:
• Updating the company website on a daily basis
• Quoting new and existing clients (electronically)
• Creating and amending the company E-Newsletter (from a
template)
• E-marketing – e-shots to existing clients (from a template)
• Updating and maintaining the customer database
• Admin to support above procedures
• Taking telephone calls and responding to associated queries
The successful candidate must have proven office experience together with excellent numeracy and communication skills and an ability to maintain a high quality of work in a fast moving office environment. This position will suit someone with a keen eye for detail who is highly customer focussed and who thrives when busy and working to deadlines. Relevant I.T. training will be provided with regards to the e marketing and updating of the company website.
There is the possibility of this role expanding into a more sales focussed role if the candidate shows the necessary aptitude.
An interest in the motor industry would be desirable but not essential to the position.
