Proven track record within a busy customer service team.
Assist to resolve customer related billing issues and complaints, including all customer communications. Carry out customer billing reconciliation including the detailed breakdown customer billing accounts.
preparation and subsequent processing (after suitable authorisation) of various billing adjustments as required.
Must have knowledge of billing processes and procedures.
" A reasonable understanding of internet products and services.
" Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
" Numerate, ability to understand complex accounts.
" Should possess a high degree of customer service skills.
" A high standard of computer skills, especially with word processing for report writing and spreadsheet packages would be advantageous.
" Carry out customer billing reconciliation including the detailed breakdown customer billing accounts.
" Works well either independently or as part of a team and will be able to assist and support other team members as required.
" Works well under pressure and must be able to work to deadlinesWeek 1 8:30 am – 5:00pm
Week 2 12:30pm – 9:00pm
There will be one Saturday in 4 included in this were they will get a day off during the week.
