Our client a successful business and market leader in global public service reform is looking for a recruiter to join their company.
Your role as a recruiter will be varied, you will be identifying and sourcing vacancies, creating employment and placement opportunities for clients via B2B sales both field & telesales.
You will need to successfully match clients to opportunities and ensure that identified goals are met.
Key result Areas:
• Sources suitable employment and/ or placement opportunities for clients.
• Through telesales, employer visits, mail shots, and other marketing incentives, develops and maintains records of current and potential employers.
• Conduct one to one interviews with clients
• Ensures equal opportunities and health and safety checks are conducted prior to placement.
• Seeks commercial opportunities
Experience needed:
• Experience in sales B2B sales & Cold calling
• Face to face negotiating
• Interviewing experience
A full driving licence and your own transport are essential.
Our client is looking for a self-motivated, trustworthy and determined individual with a desire to succeed. You will have business acumen, be target focused and results driven, be able to communicate on all levels and in varying situations and be able to work under pressure. In reward for this you will receive £15,000 - £17,000 basic salary and a fantastic bonus structure that is uncapped however realistic OTE are £24,000!!!
Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
