We are recruiting for our Rotherham based Client an experienced Telesales Agent, offering a competitive basic salary with an excellent bonus structure. Full product training is provided as well as opportunities to progress through the company.
Job Description
Proactively call and sell to businesses from a database of customers.
The ability listen to Customers requirements to identify the package that will best suit them.
To recognize opportunities to up sell to customers from an extensive product portfolio
Generate leads for Field Sales colleagues
To meet sales targets
The ability to build and develop relationships with customers
To ensure customer satisfaction
The ability to learn
Key Skills / Previous Experience
An experienced Sales individual preferably desk based
Target driven
Computer literate
Self motivated
Energetic
Professional
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Able to cope under pressure and to deadlines
Experience in business to business sales – preferred
Salary
Basic salary of up to £15000 with an attainable uncapped bonus, OTE + £22500
