| Training Manager / Sales Trainer Dearne Valley (Rotherham - Barnsley - Doncaster) - Free Parking £16,000 - £20,000 + Bonus + Benefits Overview: A small (150 seats) but high performing Contact Centre, our client is renown for delivering results. We are looking for a Training Manager / Sales Trainer with a similar reputation - someone that has a proven track record of making a difference through the design and delivery of impactful training interventions that enhance performance at an individual, team and organisational level. As a Training Manager / Sales Trainer you will work in a small but highly effective team to analyse training requirements, design training interventions and to deliver training programs that meet individual, group and organisational needs. You will work closely with the middle management team, assisting with the development of training plans and will help Team Leaders to deliver on-the-job coaching on a real time basis. In addition you will assist with Advisor recruitment, liaising with recruitment suppliers, interviewing candidates and overseeing the HR teams timely production of offer details. You will also be responsible for the induction process, ensuring that induction training is delivered in a compelling and exciting manner. To succeed in this position you will have significant experience of analysing training requirements, designing training interventions and delivering training programs - ideally (but not essentially) from within a sales driven contact centre environment.
