A boutique ladies fashion store in Sheffield is looking for a Retail Manager to join the team.
The role will involve the day to day running of a ladies fashion store including managing and leading several members of staff, achieving sales targets, monitoring targets and turnover, merchandising. Also to be involved in marketing activities, buying, advertising and promotional planning.
You must have experience within a management role with proven direct sales achievements. You must have the ability to commercially develop a business whilst being totally customer focussed. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills to drive the team and the business forward, be self motivated and have the ability to work under pressure. You should have an eye for fashion, a creative flair and the motivation to develop the business further. You should also have administration and computer skills to be able to also perform all the necessary admin functions of a small business.
The hours are 9:00am - 5:30/6:00pm Monday to Saturday with one day off mid-week. However some flexibility will be required to attend fashion shows or other events on an occasional basis.
