This is a fantastic opportunity for a solid customer services/sales oriented administrator who has a wealth of experience within face to face customer service and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing a busy reception area; ensuring a professionally front office according to Company Policy.
· Administration of centre finance including month end closing, billing processing, debt control and reporting.
· Maintain Facility & IT/telecom management within the business centre
· Audit month-end telecommunications billing to ensure all revenue is captured.
· The Office Manager is responsible for client retention in the centre, through 1st class customer service.
· Overseeing and executing all customer administrative and technical services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels.
· Management, guidance, motivation and continuous training of the Customer Service Representatives of the centre team.
· Interface with clients in order to provide excellent customer service in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
· Responsible for centre maintenance, liaising with external suppliers.
· Responsible for recruiting both permanent and temporary centre team members.
· Conduct performance management and where necessary implement disciplinary procedures in line with HR procedures.
· Prepare, document and coordinate regular team and one to one meetings with centre team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background within Office Management; enjoys working in a fast paced environment, ability to manage and motivate a team, customer focused with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
Previous experience within serviced offices, hospitality and other service industries would be desirable.
